I train, evaluate and position 50+ high school athletes in the sport of track & field. Supervise 6 assistant coaches and 4 volunteer coaches for the above duties. I have had 38 state qualifiers and 9 state champions and one team state championship in 15 years of coaching.

As a Counselor: In addition to providing the 9 dimensions of counseling- Initiated and helped develop a school wide Bullying Prevention Program Update and maintain all permanent records 9-12 and alumni Served on County-wide committee for Proficiency Testing Served on County-wide committee that developed the CBE testing recommendations Developed, authored and implemented the Written Guidance Plan for C-R Developed a Preventative Guidance Plan for the C-R Elementary Developed Crisis Intervention Plan for Cory-Rawson High School Organized and directed the Spring College Fair for all county and surrounding schools Instituted the Ohio Career Information System (OCIS) over the computer network making it accessible to all students Named Outstanding Educator at Millstream Career Cooperative
