Chief Operating Officer
Current- Establishing and following a unified strategic vision for the organization
- Collaborating closely with CEO to discuss and plan for operational, revenue and sales objectives
- Oversight, management and mentoring of entire staff including directors, department heads, team leads, and satellite office location managers
- Identifying risk, using mitigation strategies, and making informed business decisions to facilitate transactional continuity
- P&L analysis, management, and financial reporting to guide revenue generating or cost saving solutions
- Reviewing, tracking and processing company payroll, calculating 1099 staff commission payments, and daily approval of all operating account expenditures
