Main duties:• Coordinating with 3PL providers to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and within budget• Daily monitoring of imports and exports• Working closely with Sales team to develop and implement sales forecasting processes for optimizing inventory levels. • Reviewing and approval of freight forwarder and logistics invoices• Reviewing and renegotiation of transportation contracts in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs• Liaise with internal (Planning, Sales, Warehouse) and external customers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities

Main duties:• monitoring/management of incoming transportation orders through the on-line platform for Waste of Electrical and Electronical Equipment (e-WEEE Collection platform),• ensure that all transportation orders are assigned to 3PL partners through in-house ERP system and executed effectively within set time limits,• liaison between clients, more than 20 3PL partners and 7 Recycling Facilities for pickup/ delivery,• management and escalation of misexecuted transportation orders through Logistics Manager,• preparation of monthly and quarterly reports,• performing cross-functional duties such as freight claims, billing corrections• freight negotiations• on-site inspection of complex projects

Main duties:• timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments,• maintain regular contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment within set time limits,• work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure prompt payment of accounts and adherence to payment terms,• cash allocation and reconciliation via SAP,• monitor and escalate uncollectable accounts through the Credit Control Manager,• providing accounts information to internal departments,• support in-house litigation.

Main duties:• communication with vendors and other stakeholders,• reconciliation of vendor/Maersk ledgers,• posting/scanning of vendor invoices in SAP,• follow up of postings in SAP,• follow up on Port Expenses,• filing - archiving.
