As principal of Pegasus Partners & Assc, Mr. Migala focuses on investments in the manufacturing and technology service sectors. As a member of Cornerstone Angels, LLC, he and associated partners provide capital, mentorship, and advisory support to high growth companies. He also sits on several business CEO Advisory Boards and leads The Presidents Forum COO practice. Mr. Migala has over 30 years experience leading companies and developing and implementing technology in automotive, aerospace, and factory automation industries.Mr. Migala was President & CEO of FANUC AMERICA Corporation, providing factory automation solutions and manufacturing technology. He also held several business leadership positions with GE including: President of GE Aircraft Engines North Pacific Operations, Six Sigma Leader of GE Aircraft Engines Commercial Engine Operations, and Vice President of GE Fanuc CNC Business. Mr. Migala also worked in GE’s Corporate Business Development office leading teams at several GE businesses, reducing New Product Development and Order-to-Delivery cycle times. In this role he was also responsible for assessing emerging technologies and business acquisitions.Mr. Migala initiated his GE career with GE Aircraft Engines. He progressed through various engineering and program management positions providing technical expertise and leadership in developing technology for aircraft engine platforms. Mr. Migala has held leadership positions in start-up companies working in advanced materials and manufacturing technology.In 1987 Mr. Migala was selected as a MIT and GE Sloan Fellow doing research in joint venture strategy. He holds BSAE and MSAE degrees from the University of Michigan and a Master’s of Business Science from MIT. He is co-investigator and author of several patents and research papers.Mr. Migala is Founder & Co-chairman of the Adler Planetarium STEM SMARTS Scholarship. He also is an active member of Chicago Rotary One sitting on the Service Committee.
