Responsible for the Minerva Foods Asia trade, This role includes ;* assist & manage all Minerva Foods Asia Traders & Export Sales to continue their Sales growth into individual markets.* ensure all Trade sales compliments Minerva Origin Sales.* expand markets & new Customers within existing markets on Trade Sales.* introduce new products & proteins into existing Customers.* expand current supply base - both from existing supply origins, but also new supply origins.* implement, manage and oversee Debtor Control for all customers - ensure Risk Analysis and Credit Control is exercised on all deals / customers / markets to minimize Minerva Foods Asia & Minerva exposure.* assist Minerva Foods Asia Directors & Management in Daily Operations.* maintain and increase Minerva Foods Asia current Sales Growth , & look to increase all aspects of Sales KPI ( MT, Profit, Turnover, GPM & market % ).* set trading targets for al individuals & for each market, & assist Traders to reach those targets.* oversee collection of all Sales Data to assess and measure individuals & team performance.* coordinate travel plans to maintain market presence & cover sales opportunities in key markets.* ensure attendance at major tradeshows to maintain Minerva Foods Asia presence in the market.* actively participate in the maintaining of existing supplier and customer relationships, and look to find and develop new relationships.

Responsible for the Sales of Minerva product into Malaysia market & grow the Minerva Foods Asia Trade operations with focus on SE Asia. This role included ;* sell Minerva product to Malaysia Customers.* increase range of Customers & products for Minerva Origin Sales into Malaysia.* ensure Minerva has a constant presence in SE Asia through constant communications - with Sales on Minerva product and/or Trade.* procure for Minerva Global Offices for any Australian & New Zealand trade requirements on Beef, Lamb, Mutton, Goat & BBV.* introduce Minerva Foods Asia as a significant Trading Company in the market for Global Trade.* expand Minerva Foods Asia supply base throughout Australia & New Zealand with new Suppliers.* increase Minerva Foods Asia into SE Asia markets to existing Customers, & look to expand range of Customers in existing markets.* revive old Minerva Customer contacts throughout Aisha corridor & initiate regular trade with these customers again.* assist Minerva Foods Asia Management on daily operations.
