I am an attorney with over fifteen years of litigation experience in both Maine and New Hampshire. Through the course of my career I have handled complex criminal and civil litigation. This has given me a great deal of trial experience as I have handled a variety of matters ranging from bench trials to multi-week negligent homicide cases. In addition, I have handled a variety of hearings and trials covering a multitude of issues, constitutional, evidentiary and otherwise. While in private practice, I have been involved in a variety of areas of law. I have handled litigation in foreclosures, family law, criminal defense, probate matters and civil litigation mattersLastly, I have argued on three separate occasions before the Maine Law Court. These experiences have allowed the development of a solid ability to develop and implement a trial strategy. You will also notice I have served on the Sanford School Committee for four years. My time on the school committee helped me to gain valuable experience in the municipal budget process as well as general educational and municipal issues.The majority of my career I have been involved in trial practice and litigation and welcome any referrals or additional litigation cases.
