Began as Class B Maintenance worker, during COVID protocols, moved to CNC Operator in Millworks in March 2020. Promoted to Lead 1 over the entire machine department. Designed over nine different new products for the Company, performed Web Analytics on competitors for Marketing Dept. Designed an A.I. app as well as a Column Design app. Designed a new booth for the home builder convention.

Designed convention booths, Directly responsible for the on time completion of properly installing and dismantling all sizes of trade show booths. Clients to include Walgreens, Wilson, Bose, Go Pro, Jeld-Wen, Reef Brazil to name a few. Running electrical, various flooring. Coordination with freight and riggers for expedited set up and break down. Keeping at or under budget as per clients’ needs, as well as adding more personnel as needed.

Directly responsible for all Operations of the three company websites, product development, marketing and logistics. Brought the Company’s Margins from 16% to 62% in under six months.

Directly responsible for all Sales Associates, Training Staff and QA team. Proven record of a new branch monthly average of 20 new branches. Promoted.

Hired on to open new branches across the United States, in a Corporate Development capacity. Trained new Branch Managers on the proprietary PACDex system.
