Helpdesk Escalation Engineer Support Level 2
CurrentWorking in a wonderful culture of mutual respect and everyone is ambitious and ready to jump in to help on any project they can be of assistance. There is some travel to sites but that is minimal. They allow me to work from Home, Onsite, or a Hybrid role, all being my decision. They have many well known clients and have some of the best cyber-security software and designs I have seen. Nobody is too good to talk to you or help you. For instance, the CEO and later the COO also, worked my interview and the CEO is at this time handling most of my training. Nobody is too good to do something. I am loving this position and the people. It is more than I ever could have asked for in a job. And besides culture, they are not shy about making sure they pay you well for your time and provide all your benefits to you at no cost (except for one very high dollar medical insurance, but it is still cheap). I would not trade to work anywhere else. I get to help people using various means. I am also to be teaching on this job as well as handling the occasional ticket that is escalated. It is a quality place to work. And I have never been so happy.
