Additionally, this created a base layer for the implementation of data governance support systems and processes related to the Financial Data Transparency Act.Managed several programs throughout their lifecycle, gathering and synthesizing program requirements, collaboratively defining program governance and controls for new processes, and coordinating across multiple enterprise projects. This included developing and implementing program communication plans for enterprise data initiatives, including executive facilitation and program documentation.Improved data quality and tracking through the definition and creation of metrics and dashboards to support data profiling.
