About Thomas Moffat

I currently have over 10 years working within the railway environment, my current role is a Buildings Fabric Senior Asset Engineer for the Wessex Route. I completed a London Underground Track and Civil Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship in 2011 graduating 6 months early. During this apprenticeship i was actively involved in various small and large civil and track schemes. I become a Bridges and Structures Inspector in 2011 during this time I started my part time BSc Civil Engineering degree. I chose to complete this course and leave London Underground to enhance my engineering knowledge and work towards chartered status.
