Having spent 13 years on active duty traveling the world, I have not only been faced with challenge and adversity, but I have also been given great opportunity. Each experience gives me a chance to grow and make me a better leader, teammate, employee, and person. This state of mind has allowed me to excel in any capacity and in any environment. In the years following my active duty service, I have worked for and with various social service organizations providing resource referral, crisis intervention, and other various support services for our active duty and former service members. I take great joy in helping others, and take pride in my ability and dedication to provide service of the highest quality in this effort. My background as an intelligence analyst for the Marine Corps has provided me with the proficient ability to review situations, analyze needs, and take decisive action to resolve problems and further organizational goals. These invaluable, and intangible skills have laid the foundation for my leadership roles – positions where I feel I have truly made an impact in others’ lives. Whether working independently, or as part of a team, my goal is mission accomplishment, with a focus on client satisfaction.
