I know that since LinkedIn is a business platform, we’re supposed to use this section touting skills, experience, or some fluffed-up version of ourself. But let’s be real, here. Hiring based on experience and education alone are not that reliable. Better measurements include attitude, work ethic, and coachability. Skills can be taught. Experience is earned through the right (and wrong) leadership. And work is only a portion of who we are. How we treat people, especially those closest to us, can make a huge difference in the type of employee we are or can become. I let my work do the talking.
