Senior Technical Specialist (Data Quality Analyst)
Current- Perform duties as Senior DQA- Facilitates communication plan for game production goals with programming manager and production teams- Provides senior management with input regarding schedule, assignments and needed escalations- Provides technical guidance to all team members. Uses problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills to ensure all team members can identify root cause and take fast effective action to resolve problems at hand- Ensure training and development skills are identified and met current and future demands of the team. Train team members on best practices for game development, changes and document training- Improve game quality and push for innovative solutions to game production- Assist in innovating department tools. Includes testing methods, productivity and quality improvements- Primary contact for third party audit, addresses customer complaints and communicates directly with customer as required
