I am a multi skilled individual that has come from a variety of multiple different work industries. Most successful in my retail management experience, healthcare experience and customer service skills.I work for Ivor Searle as a Customer Development Co-ordinator. My job with Ivor Searle is to develop our existing customers, monitor and analyse our sales and increase customer spend. Working along side the office supervisor and communicating with our Business Development Manager I use a custom built CRM to look at various sales information to help me be able to communicate with our customers to increase spend. I am responsible for increasing the number of credit accounts we have open, often finding leads myself and getting customers to either sign up or swap to a credit account. I stay in touch throughout this process from credit checking them to sending out welcome packs.I manage all social media, ensuring all comments, messages and reviews are responded to in a timely manner.I look after our website, updating pages, adding content and managing new user accounts.I also develop some of our Marketing in house. Using graphic design skills I have developed over the years, I use these to create marketing campaigns and promotional material or POS.I am the 'go to' guy for alot of customers. Any issues, queries or assistance they know they can ask me.I am a confident and self motivated worker with over seven years experience in the retail and sales industry. I am focused on increasing my stores sales, using my personal skills to do this whilst also teaching my colleagues new and exciting ways to achieve this.I am able to develop extremely strong relationships with current clients/customers whilst having the ability to easily develop rapport with new clients or customers. I have strong leadership skills and enjoy the demanding pressure of leading and developing my own small team.Coming from a variety of different industries and backgrounds I have a variety of skills that I have picked up along the way to help perform better at my job, from customer service, graphic design, IT, sales, management and many more. My background allows me to bring all those skills into one position and use them to benefit the company I am working for.I would like to think that I am a brilliant asset to any company with my high standard of work, creating a challenging and busy yet fun and relaxed working environment.In my spare time if I'm not working on a car I am dedicating my time to emergency care responding to 999 calls voluntarily for the NHS Ambulance Service.

I began offering free general advice via a home made website which didn't really take off within the first few months however ended up extremely popular. Once I turned 17 and passed my driving test, I had my vehicle wrapped professionally and offered charged (however very competitive) general IT support, repairs, web design, network setup, and general issues. I covered anywhere within a 30 mile radius from my home sometimes getting work in local city's. I thoroughly enjoyed being my own boss and doing things the way I believe they should be done, and this proved successful. I have run this for years on the side of main work, however due to working a lot of hours currently I have chosen not to pursue running this. I hope some time in the near future I can return to running CB9 Computing and become bigger and better than I was before.
