• Regularly prepare metrics for senior management to analyze volume trends and identify training opportunities across the team
• Proactively manage all communication internally and externally to ensure timely and efficient responses
• Work closely with our vendor, BUs, clients and auditors to manage, track, and escalate matters as needed guaranteeing our responses meet our SLAs requirements
• Assist our vendor with locating accounts and positions confirming all audit responses are complete and accurate increasing the team’s our overall client service
• Conduct quality reviews of incoming audits to ensure audits are completed in Compliance with our procedures and information provided is within the client authorization
• Work in a high pressure environment where high volume production and strict deadlines are required to be met daily

• Spread new, renewal and interim financial statements and business and individual tax returns in accordance with bank guidelines.
• Provide succinct analysis based on customers, peers, the portfolio, and the industry.
• Provide preliminary analysis of simple to complex credits, including calculation of cash flow, debt service coverage, collateral coverage, and guarantor net worth.
• Complete quality control reviews to ensure annual review/increase packages and analysis are thorough and accurate prior to forwarding for imaging.
• Assist Credit Officers with preparation and review of Early Warning worksheets on high-risk clients, as well as preparation of default notices when necessary.
