Staff Attorney: Represented insured individuals and companies in a variety of lawsuits, including employment discrimination, product liability, automobile accident and other personal injury cases. Representative cases include commercial premises liability cases, breach of warranty and product liability cases, employer liability, and wrongful termination litigation.

Litigation in all Federal and State Courts for the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland regarding construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury and property damage, employment discrimination, Fair Housing Act claims and construction disputes. Also serve as General Counsel for condominium and homeowners associations in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.

Attorney: Major areas of practice include intellectual property, product liability, antitrust, and international trade law. Tracked legislation concerning import duties; worked on administrative filings in dumping and countervailing duties cases; drafted motions for litigation involving product liability and Lanham Act violations for Japanese importer.BAR AFFILIATIONS: Member of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Presently admitted to practice before the State Courts of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, as well as all U.S. District Courts in those jurisdictions, and the Courts of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and District of Columbia Circuit.
