- VM management across three NSW fashion boutiques, inc regular communication with retail teams to assess individual business needs, Implementing boutique display designs that ensure each boutique displays merchandise in a unique manner - keeping it fresh for the client.- Training of VM and Boutique staff on seasonally appropriate styling of current and incoming collections, ensuring that the boutiques are consistent with the spirit of the collection. - Responsible for the training of all Nation VMs, of the international guidelines set for each collection. Inc, any local market changes, correct installation of window decor, general styling, problem solving, colour grouping, mannequin positioning, lighting.- Designed a National training program covering every fashion category. Rolled out over 2015-16, it is aimed at the boutique sales staff, to education the correct boutique maintenance of VM displays. - Management of VM POS materials, inc correct use, and maintenance.- Selected to represent Asia Pacific in Paris for the first annual VM training conference April 2016.- Promoted to Senior Merchandiser, and relocated to NSW.- Selected to represent Asia Pacific for the re-opening of the Regent Hotel (Taipei) boutique June 2014.- Assisted in the production of seasonal show reproductions for previous 5 years. Managing of Press Rack, Set dressing, and Model styling.- Assisted in the opening of four Fashion boutiques, inc, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney Westfield, and Castlereagh Street (flagship). Managing POS inventory, designing the boutique styling plan, managing the Press Rack.- VM skill across both Fashion and Beauty boutique locations, and David Jones and Myer locations.- Regular Beauty campaign installations.

In this 400m2 showroom, Visual merchandising is required every week in order to maximize sales and promote the Coco Republic product in the best possible way. My duties include all of the stock ordering from both the Sydney and Brisbane warehouses to ensure that the Brisbane showroom remains inline with the National directive. I have received extensive training in the Visual Merchandising guidelines of all the International brands now exclusively represented by Coco Republic including - ‘Lauren’ - Ralph Lauren’, ‘Andrew Martin’, ‘Oly - San Francisco’, ‘Calvin Klein’, ‘Kelly Hopen’, and ‘Martha Stuart’. I enjoy the challenge of this role as I am encouraged to continually evolve the style and push the boundaries.
