The FSS Procedures Specialist will work in a rapidly changing, fast paced, high workload environment. They need to use their signification operational experience to research documentation, recommend courses of action to management, and prepare responses to procedural questions, issues, submissions, requests for waivers, interpretations, additions and amendments to operational documents and manuals.

Performs the duties of an Flight Service Specialist to facilitate the safe movement of aircraft and vehicles. Organizes and directs the operation of an Flight Service Station to ensure the service is provided in accordance with approved policies, standards and procedures. Exercises delegated functional supervisory responsibilities at the direction of the NAV CANADA Site Manager.
