I learnt leadership Skills, Research and Report writing, Resource mobilization, Leadership Development and Mentorship, Training and Facilitation, planning and Organizing of events, counseling and coaching, Financial Management amongst others. The running theme is “Developing Leaders, Transforming Lives”During this period, I have been able to restore sanity in the leadership of the three Campuses and also conducted training for all leaders in UON Upper Kabete, KNP and AHITI Kabete as well as skill based training.I am an avid fundraiser with a direct individual track record of over Kshs. 200,000 in just 7 months towards Fellowship of Christian Unions Kenya and also in mobilization of the campus students’ contribution towards ongoing building of a student center in FOCUS Kenya center KasaraniI also attended an International Leadership Development Conference (Global Summit) as well as National Leadership and Mentorship Summit (NLMS) in Kenya in 2019 and Global Leadership Summit (GLS) worldwide in 2020. A team leader working with 12 other student leaders of the society and other three staffs from the University and Organization in partnership with the University – Fellowship of Christian Unions Kenya (FOCUS Kenya) under International Fellowship of Evangelical Students worldwide (IFES) from October 2018-February 2021.
