Provision of technical support to LGAs in conducting INSET training to early grade teachers, ensure district education officers and quality assurors provide knowledge, skills and process for mentoring and coaching to administrative line managers of schools and their professional staff . Ensure relevant teaching instructional materials are distributed and INSET training coordinated with the delivery of learning materials. Coordinating and supporting key stakeholders to improve planning, delivery and monitoring of education at community, school, district and regional levels.

Kigoma

- Identify and enroll target beneficiaries in formal and informal education programs. Primary, secondary and COBET programs.- Monitoring of pupils school attendance.- Promote and improve education quality through organizing, coordinating and facilitating in -service teachers training.-Improve education infrastructure in target area need identification, facilitators of procurement beneficiaries scholastic materials, teaching and learning materials, latrine and classrooms construction materials.- Promote stakeholders' project knowledge through meetings, seminars and workshops with project stakeholders and partners including direct beneficiaries (pupils), school boards and committees, village child labor committees and district education stakeholders. - Networking with local government and other partners at the project area.- Monitoring and evaluation of project activities implementation at field level.
