As a Program Manager at MSTS, I led the strategic growth of both new and existing business lines within the National Nuclear Security Administration and the Intelligence Community. I played a pivotal role in shaping laboratory strategic and staffing plans while consistently engaging with high-level customers and stakeholders. I oversaw the development and management of project schedules and budgets across an extensive portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.A key focus of my leadership was the development of an advanced facility and supply chain monitoring program at STL. This initiative spearheaded the creation of cutting-edge monitoring techniques to detect malfunctioning or subverted critical processes. Additionally, my program drove innovation in automating the detection of counterfeit and compromised components, leveraging breakthroughs in sensor hardware and artificial intelligence analytical methodologies.

As a Principal Scientist at MSTS, I led multidisciplinary teams on research and development projects funded by the National Nuclear Security Administration. I developed advanced optical and radio frequency diagnostics for monitoring high explosive tests, created signal processing techniques in MATLAB and Python, and executed laboratory-scale experiments to improve diagnostics and validate models. I also regularly briefed stakeholders, managed multiple projects, and expanded business lines through customer engagement and proposal writing.

As a staff scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory I contributed projects across a broad range projects. I performed the chemical synthesis of novel high explosive compounds as well as investigated fundamental detonation physics. I designed and built compact single shot high power solid state laser systems. I designed new high hazard experiments and coordinated the setup of new laboratory facilities to accommodate them. I served as a CBRNE intelligence analyst working with the Department of Energy office of intelligence and counter intelligence. I successfully landed new projects through written proposals.

As a staff scientist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory I supported a variety of projects within the high explosives science and technology group. I synthesized, and characterized new high explosive compounds, including several that were patented for laser detonator applications. I served as the lead instructor for the Los Alamos Homemade Explosives for explosive ordinance disposal technicians from multiple military branches.

Investigated the synthesis, characterization and reactivity of redox acitve ligand complexes of main group metals for catalytic and electrocatalytic applications.
