My team of 15 employees were responsible for the Telia's Mobile service in terms of system architecture, technical KPI:s, supporting processes for technincal maintance and customer support. We calculated the operating cost for the serivice's which were the base for market pricing and interconnect pricing.Within this team we also manage and run the Investment process for the mobile network and service's.

I was responsible for the technical operation of the PrePaid product from the release of the product to aprox 1 millione customer.Within the task was it maintain the infrastructure so it fullfilled quality even the strong growth had huge impact on the infra structure.Within the tasks was it also to change and optimize the delivery/provisioning process.When the product was launched it was unmature in terms of functionality and quality.
