My expertise lies at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on digital business model innovation, product management, artificial intelligence, strategy, commercial growth, and digital transformation.In my 6 months as Managing Director Switzerland for Dr.Dropin, a Norwegian digital-physical integrated healthcare startup, I prepared the company’s market entry through a ready-to-sign M&A deal and secured its financing, until the board shifted priorities away from international expansion.
