Developed, produced, and distributed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and executive leadership detailing claims statuses and financials of the claims department.• Create detailed adhoc reports for claims analysts to assist in resolving issues that prevented claims from processing and providing payment to providers.• Provide guidance to claims analysts using data analysis to resolve claims issues. • Worked on project to identify overpayments to providers that lead to the recoupment in 2020.• Reduced the negative balance of providers in 2020 by identifying changes and updates in Tax Identification Numbers of providers enabling PHW to reassign funds owed back by providers.• Maintained Access databases for tracking claims as they progress through the claims process.• Developed process with the Claims Operations Automation team to move the claims process from a manual process to an automated process.
