Provided presentations regarding voice, convergence and wireless technology direction to executive management. Provided architectural support for technology projects.

Provided voice telecommunication network recommendation, design and project management for various PNC Bank Lines of Businesses. Technology networks included POTS, Centrex, Advanced Intelligent Network, Toll Free, PBX, KTS, Call Center, Voice Processing, Voice Recording, and other peripheral equipment, Private Line, Frame Relay, ATM and Sonet. Additional responsibilities included management presentations, project team direction, vendor management, procurement management, problem resolution, project documentation and Line of Business communication.

Daily responsibilities included submitting requests with telephone companies, carriers, suppliers and service vendors.
