Led the architecture effort for retail software solutions arising from the merger of Foodstuffs Wellington with Foodstuffs Auckland; This covered a new centralised scale management solution, a new outbound pricing management solution in SAP, electronic shelf labelling and integration of this with SAP-ECC. Designed a micro service back-end replacement for a legacy in-store scanning solution, which achieved significant savings in both time and cost compared with estimations of traditional approaches.Initiated and prototyped a new cloud-based store ordering solution as a single-page web application running on consumer mobile devices. Provided governance and architectural input from formal development through to full production.
