I undertook a research project under the supervision of Professor Ross Bathgate from the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, The University of Melbourne.

- Focusing on supporting new and continuing PASS leaders, assisting with planning and preparation of sessions, negotiations with Course Coordinators, day-to-day issues/queries, and helping develop a cohesive and collaborative PASS Leader of faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.- Contributing to the development of the PASS program at The University of Adelaide.- Facilitating weekly Peer Assisted Study Sessions for the prospective subject.

The major lecture topics covered are cellular physiology, neuromuscular physiology, and the cardiovascular and respiratory systems .

- Course description: https://www.adelaide.edu.au/course-outlines/104293/1/sem-2/- Themes in this course include the functions of the central and peripheral nervous systems; the roles of endocrine glands and the hormones they secrete; the gastrointestinal tract in providing nutrition to the body; and the renal system in the regulation of fluid and ion levels.- Designed a revision session for second-year undergraduate students enrolling in Physiology IIB: Systems and Homeostasis. The weekly sessions helped the students consolidate basic concepts/theories behind each lecture. The sessions were also designed to demonstrate where the theories that they learned fit into the bigger picture; and how to apply the key concepts to solve real-life integrated clinical scenarios via interactive activities. As a result, most of the PASS students of this course achieved the overall distinction or higher grades for the physiology IIB course.

I investigated the electron transfer characteristic in peptide under the supervision of Professor Andrew Abell, Dr Jingxian Yu and Dr John Horsley. The initial step of this research is to synthesize and purify different types of peptides under the supervision of Dr John Horsley.Following by investigating the electron transfer mechanism of these synthesised peptides in an appropriate solvent under the supervision of Dr Jingxian Yu.

I investigated the proteomes of the biological system by using LC-MS/MS technique under the supervision of Professor Hugh Harris, Professor Raymond Rodgers, Associate Professor Tara Pukala and Dr Katja Hummitzsch.

The role of an international peer mentor is to provide opportunities for international students to develop and nurture meaningful social networks with other students on campus. Also, to help new students be familiar with academic life cycle at the university. Finally, the mentor works with other mentors in a group to organise events like 'Language and Cultural Engagement', known as LCE night in order to encourage not only international students but also domestic ones to share and develop new knowledge of different cultures.

I volunteer working as analytical chemist to analyze different water samples for all the south of Vietnam.
