This includes the following:• Ensuring accurate & full completion of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Vehicle checks.• Investigation and follow-up of Collisions and Fines, including completion of retraining when required• Administration of Driver Personnel Files and Licence Checks on all members of the Driving team (200+)• Reviewing of FleetBoard Telematics system, monitoring the manner in which the Partnership vehicles are driven.• Ensuring all vehicles remain in a roadworthy condition, and represent the Partnership to the correct standard.• Completion of 3 Month Reviews & Annual Reviews of Performance for Level 10 Partners (Approx 40)• Due to nature of Dotcom business, able to react to and plan for changing trade patterns.• Part of the Continuous Improvement team on site.
