Duties include the evaluation and appraisal of records generated by state and local agencies in Missouri. Maintain liaison with archivists and records analysts concerning appraisal/description work, automated inventory systems, and standards. Serve as an information source for state and local agencies concerning electronic records management. Plan, assign, and supervise work of staff, interns, and volunteers.• In 2000 designed and implemented the Records Center Database (RCD) which tracked records center accessions and agency schedules.• In 2007 and 2008, worked on the team implementing the State of Missouri Agency Records Tracking (SMART) System. o Evaluated vendor proposals and product demonstrations o Managed preparation of the RCD and Vault data for migration into the SMART System.• Working with IT, redesigned the Death Certificate, Supreme Court, and Judicial databases.• Presented to numerous local agencies, professional associations, and grant funded seminars on records and electronic records management.• Provided research and input for Electronic Records Archive Grant, focusing on policy and workflow.• Oversees Local Records film and digitization projects brought in by field staff. Assist with updating Local Records retention schedules.

Instructional duties included course prep, presentation and providing client support. Network administrator duties included domain controller and mail server administration, installation and maintenance of software for courses, and hardware maintenance.
