-Held Adult Outpatient caseload of up to 74 clients and implemented an IOP step down group for skills implementation.-Helped implement a Same Day Access intake program over 8 months of performing both mental health and substance use assessments.-Hybrid in-person and telehealth work, as well as engaged in highly independent community mental health model work.

Utilizing an Agentive Model in Wilderness and Adventure therapies as alternatives to traditional treatment, I guided students (13-18 y/o) in their process of reconnecting to self, re-engaging with family, and recommitting to purpose. As field staff we camped 9.5 days at a time with groups of teens in Utah's West desert. Both group and individual therapy sessions are held daily. Immersed in the group, this unique treatment design fuels a purpose-driven experience, where clinicians are able to teach and reinforce various clinical skills at key moments of daily stress, conflict, and crisis. Providing skill-building techniques, psycho-education, crisis intervention, assessment, and continuity of care by being with the students before, during, and after the primary therapists meet with them each weekCo-therapy with the primary therapists is done weekly. Collaboration with the Primary Therapist is done on how to empower adolescents, maintain a healthy and functioning group culture, and take therapeutic gains to the next level. Unlike any other wilderness therapy program, our assessment and evaluation systems combine the work of multiple therapists for each student.
