Thomas L. Norman, Jr., has been licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since 2012, in both State and Federal court systems. Tom practices primarily in the defense of civil litigation claims in courts throughout Illinois. Tom has experience in personal injury claims, declaratory judgments on insurance coverage issues, fire damage claims, slip and falls, and other contract disputes.
