I am currently working on the implementation of the stormwater utility fee. In January 2016, the City of Portland will begin charging property owners based on their property's impervious area. I have developed the standard operating procedures by which the City will review stormwater management plans submitted for stormwater fee credits; revised the credit.

The Westmount Walking and Cycling Association has long been advocating for a the construction of a cycle track to span a dangerous area and connect two existing stretches of bicycle infrastructure.
