I am a graduate from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's Degree in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental and Ecological Engineering. In short, I mainly focus on water resources. Therefore to simplify my specialty, I am essentially a Water Resource Engineer. I am a hard-working individual with the goal of completing any task as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest quality. I can effectively communicate and manage my time due to my career in retail. Software and programs, such as GIS and CAD, I like to consider hobbies because I find a lot of joy in using them, even if it means three to four hours of problem solving. My goal is to introduce myself into the water resource engineering field as a hard-worker who gets jobs done right. This can be simple tasks or extremely complicated tasks. I do not give up and would accept any environmental challenge. In relation to this field, I have worked on a project team to determine whether a recreational trail can be installed within a wilderness area that is known to flood. Hydraulic models were created to map the flooding, and trail designs were recommended. Materials and designs were also recommended to aid in reduced maintenance costs and initial cost of the construction.
