I am a versatile designer and engineer with a rich background across various industries, specializing in both B2B and B2C environments.- Automotive Design and Development: Expertise in creating parts and assemblies for automotive OEMs, ensuring compliance with styling, DFM requirements and build specifications. This includes full part development from initial A-surface data, post design manufacturing adjustments, prototype components and full assembly development. Concentrating mainly on body in white, structures and air induction- Fixtures and Stillage Design: Proficient in designing stillages and fixtures with a focus on cost-efficiency and manufacturability. Creating full manufacturing packs and CAD data for the production of parts. I have previously leveraged additive manufacturing technology to enhance the development process for checking and cooling fixtures, significantly reducing time and costs for the customer.- Product Design and Engineering:Played a key role in developing multiple products for a UK motorcycle brand, transforming initial A-surface styling into practical, injection-molded plastic parts and mechanisms. Utilizing and deploying innovative design methodologies to reduce part count and share common components. Allowing development of different sizes to share the same parts with massively reduced development time. Other key projects also include design and development of medical / lab equipment, telecoms and consumer products.- Monumental Structural Engineering Projects: Contributed to the design and engineering of 'The Arches of Oman,' a 12-meter high sculpture unveiled at the Royal Opera House in Oman.
