Thomas Olson is a Graduate of George Mason University where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Game Design. In his time at George Mason he has learned that communication and collaboration are the two most important things in the game design process. Thomas has learned 3D modeling, animating, programming, and design while attending George Mason and has a passion for creating and developing user experiences. Thomas has worked as lead programmer or designer on many projects during his time at George Mason. He was Lead Programmer on his capstone work, Gun Shield and was part of the design team on the 27 person team that published GMU: Data Breach. He has also attended game jams and hackathons to bolster his skills, most notably the Amazon Games 2019 Hackathon where his team’s game, Last Man Standing, was awarded first place. Thomas served as lead programmer and designer on this project.
