CurrentRecruits proactively, aggressively, and compliantly to fill all positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner to ensure operational goals are metManage multiple recruiting projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all priorities and goals are achieved. Projects may include additional recruiting support which will require some supervisory responsibilitiesProvide coaching, training, mentorship to new and existing team membersCollaborate with recruiting team and/or the companies to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies, that generates qualified candidates for sourcing, pipelining, and urgent requisitionsManage relationship with customers (Chenega Companies) to ensure the highest quality recruiting service is providedServe as a business partner with hiring managers to clarify specific hiring needs, develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfactionProvide consultative advice on job description structure, interview processes, and timely feedbackActively and consistently utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tracking tools to ensure timely and accurate documentation of applicant data throughout the processSupport Business Development initiatives by reviewing proposals, providing input, and identifying risks; researching new requirements; attending meetings and writing transition and staffing plansCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable lawsAssure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policiesHybrid -Telework Options may be available for this position based on duties and responsibilities, subject to management approval.
