My work for The Boeing Company is to put in place Digital Transformation on Premiere programs like the 787 and our legacy commercial programs like the 747 and 737. For a 100+ year old company that in practical terms means that I am replacing clipboards with tablets, endless meetings with digital dashboards, tedious engineering documents with holograms, replacing paper and pencil entries and data collection with automated scanning tools, and as a leader in the design and development of the next generation of digital tools to enable the company's rise in Industry 4.0.

Leads and directs the development and maintenance of the business process architecture for process improvement strategies and initiatives. Develops and maintains processes to improve efficiency and cost through the use of process methods, tools and modeling, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation and data analysis. Works with managers to scope, plan and establish business process direction and strategies. Facilitates the development of business case and risk analysis of process investment, returns, affordability and resource requirements. Provides guidance and implements data and information management standards; consolidates and simplifies process documents. Acts as liaison between customers and information technology organization to communicate and resolve issues related to computing system requirements.Tests, evaluates, and implements Mobility platform and applications in support of the production system. Deploys and sustains input devices for automated data collection and worldwide location services.

Installation, repair, and trouble shooting of aircraft electrical and fiberoptic systems on the Boeing 787.

Collection of inventory and part data to implement an automated parts ordering system. Provided an IT business solution for the Business Integration and Planning group, optimizing ride maintenance and hotel inventories and supply chains utilizing Maximo, SAP solutions.
