Experienced enforcement litigator with focus on complex financial investigations. At the PCAOB's Division of Enforcement and Investigations, I handle all aspects of investigations and litigation involving auditor violations of securities laws and PCAOB standards when auditing public companies. During my time at the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, and at the U.S. Department of Justice's Fraud Section, Criminal Division, I investigated financial fraud, such as market manipulation and accounting fraud, as well as criminal violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In my work at a plaintiff's class action law firm, I controlled all elements of class action lawsuits in federal courts throughout the nation to enforce anti-fraud provisions of federal statutes granting a private right of action. My start was as a prosecutor at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, where I worked on all manner of crimes from weapons and drug felonies to kidnapping and murder, headed up complex investigations into money laundering and organized crime, and served as lead prosecutor on numerous jury trials.
