Mr. McLaughlin most recently was the Signal Intelligence Staff Officer in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (DCSINT/G2), US Army Pacific Command (USARPAC, Ft. Shafter, Hawaii, and concurrently as the Senior Intelligence Analyst in the Directorate for Intelligence (J2), Joint Task Force-Homeland Defense, Ft. Shafter Hawaii. He retired from DoD Civilian service in March, 2016 He served as Chief Warrant Officer with the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and its predecessor organization, the United States Army Security Agency (USASA) on active duty for more than thirty-six years. He retired from the US Army in February, 2004.
