Primarily responsible for onboarding, offboarding and management of employee network accounts and most associated systems across the organization, including a multitude of software titles, as well as hardware such as workstations, phones, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.Primary Duties include:• Serve as the senior Service Desk contact for Tier I and II troubleshooting• Manage and maintain end user hardware and associated software systems• Directing workstation patch management and software distribution via Ivanti Endpoint Manager• Onboarding, offboarding and management of user accounts across a variety of systems• Acquisition, inventory, and retirement of IT assets
