After over 18 years of working in Projects and Project Management I’m still fascinated to create new things simply initiated by an idea. Bringing new Systems or Facilities to live in relation to the newest State of the Art technology is my way to improve the overall economics in balance with nature for our future!During my professional carrier in Project Management I had the chance to learn a lot about different cultures and project execution strategies. Developing a good execution strategy, from the concept phase throughout construction and commissioning in alignment with all the stakeholder’s requirements is the way to increase efficiencies during the execution period and will deliver a Product in the expected Quality. By my colleagues I’m known as a very fair and approachable leader. My open-door policy and good empathetic sense always created the right team spirit with a healthy level of trust and respectful environment for any individual. I always receive very positive feedback when I inspire the team to think outside the box and make them feel valuable! My goal is to support and lead employees to be successful and let people enhance their skills from my expertise. With the right balance between enthusiasm, trust, fun and a good execution plan every Project can be a success!
