Educate and maintain close relationships with construction team to ensure compliance to project requirements.

District 5 Construction Engineer- Lead Project Management team and 2 specialized contract administration staff. Administered the District Highway Construction Program ($40-60 Million). Serve as a technical leader in developing best engineering practices for the NDOT Project Manager manual. Provide technical advice and guidance in the construction and project management discipline. Conduct project reviews and participate in District Construction Engineer meetings pertaining to highway construction, and make recommendations or proposed solutions to identified problems/issues.
