I am responsible for quality control at Navolio & Tallman at both the firm and engagement level. In that role, I am charged with assuring that our policies and procedures are designed and implemented so that our engagements meet professional standards. I also support our attest engagement teams and provide training and advice on the implementation of audit and accounting standards.
I began my career at Benson & Neff, a local firm located in San Francisco, in 1976, became a partner in 1981, and was a director from 1985 until I joined Navolio & Tallman in July 2017. I was responsible for the system of quality control applicable to all accounting and audit services provided by the firm and the engagement partner for all audits performed by the firm.
