Throughout my career I have served the self-insurance/employee benefits industry in the areas of on-site clinics, captives, wellness programs, disease management and claims administration. For the past 25+ years I have led some of the more progressive health plan administrators in the Western United States including my most recent position as CEO of EBMS, out of Billings, MT. Most recently I am serving as CEO of Compass Health Administrators, one of the more innovative Third Party Administrators in the State. We focus on high end Advocacy and Navigation services to help guide the member through the confusing healthcare landscape. We have an amazing team of experienced professionals whose passion for the member experience is without equal. As a past Board Member of the Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) and the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA) I've been recognized as an industry leader in the TPA/self-insurance and wellness communities for many years. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay, based in Oakland California.
