-Oversees and works in all aspects of the research process, including: recruitment, data collection, coding & cleaning, and report writing.-Communicates and works with clients through every step of the research process, making sure projects are completed on-time, under budget, and to the highest standard. -Serves as a client facing coordinator, working with clients to determine pricing, budget and overall size of recruitment. -Serves as the vertical team lead for Advertising & Marketing agencies, as well as for facilities management and rentals.
