As Vice President, Marketing Strategy and Key Partnerships, I provided dedicated marketing support for the BlackRock brand and iShares business in Canada. Leading a team of three, I managed the development and execution of marketing campaigns and partnership programs across the Canada region to deliver engaging relationships, customer value and measureable success for the brand. Working closely with the internal sales & product teams, I helped established priorities and messaging to a diverse client base, partnering with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop programs that helped drive growth.LEADERSHIP: Managed a team of marketers, providing oversight and guidance with respect to their individual roles and responsibilities across literature, multi-media, web, direct marketing, digital, and client communications. Developed a social media plan in tandem with external business partners to support strategic partnerships and alliances.WEB: Actively participated in the development of the RBCiShares.com website, representing the BlackRock business to ensure web and branding standards were met. Additionally supported on-going management of the BlackRock.com website, participating in content development and on-going enhancements.
