Performance Management- Acting as a point of contact for our clients Operations Supervisor- Responsible for Risk Assessment and Health & Safety Management- Analysing and driving of Health & Safety performance- Leading a team of predominantly field based Team leaders on a day to day basis in order to deliver outstanding client care, customer service, technical excellence and project outcomes- Ensuring compliance of all teams to approved technical procedures and management of the Company’s Integrated Management System- Producing clear and up to date status reports for the Senior Management Team, identifying progress and key issues- Development of the team’s skills in order to provide the range of services required- Analysis and continuous improvement of leakage team’s performance – highlighting performance trends and reporting- Tracking and driving the performance of Field team leaders- Formalising and submitting incident and accident reports

Monitoring Health and Safety resources (e.g. Assure Database) for the Pressure Management and Data Operability team. Reviewing incident records and ensuring all Health and Safety policies have been adhered to and work orders have been created to resolve issues. Use of Production module in SAP to raise, release and review work orders ensuring all information is correct and meets audit standard and job promotion meets standards for our external contractors. Raise Traffic Management notices and liaise with Highway Authorities, local DCWW depots and DCWW Streetworks Regulation & Compliance team to ensure Section 81s are processed and raised correctly in regards to any works undertaken to avoid FPN penalties.Use of GIS, GeoView and Desktop Viewer.Use of WaterCore to monitor flow data. Communication with team of inspectors via email and telephone to offer any advice or support.Use Operational Performance reports to classify and TECO notifications in SAP.Other duties that maybe requested from time to time.

Release follow on work to contractors, ensuring activities are populated to meet the business objective and meets audit standard.- Release new notifications into work orders – checking all information is correct t as per leakage process and meets audit standard- Management of Middleware Report – Review orders and correct- Use of Production Module in Sap- Use of GeoView and Desktop viewer to view, edit and print maps containing asset and infrastructural data. - Daily / weekly Management of Outstanding work reports – determine jobs in red / amber status and review with work management.- Review job pass backs from contractors, ensuring they are re-released correctly. - Reviewing dry hole jobs and raising additional tasks for inspectors to re-attend.- Offer technical advice to inspectors.
