As a Sales Associate for Heritage Toyota I worked with new and existing clients to solve automotive problems by finding the best fit vehicle for each individual's needs. Finding a new vehicle can be stressful, and in some cases instrumental for daily transportation. My goal was to lessen that burden by making the process as smooth, fair, and enjoyable as possible.

Accompanied guests from below the course to coach and motivate them through all of the obstacles. Received additional Tech-Team and Assisted Descent (AD) training to expand responsibilities to maintaining and modifying the course and to be able to perform guest rescues on the course. Promoted to "Team Lead" during 2019 season. Team Leads are responsible for assigning tasks to guides and tracking the flow of guests in the course to ensure the park is adequately staffed and running smoothly. Contributed to park marketing and strategic management.

Worked alongside a veteran real estate agent to learn the process behind selling a residential property. Learned each necessary step to complete a sale and was able to directly participate. During my time there I retrieved relevant documents from town halls, managed and compiled marketing analytics, and attended important meetings such as showings and closings.

Transferred physical case summaries to an online database. Worked with physical and online cataloging systems.

Worked as an "apprentice instructor" for two months to obtain the title of instructor. As a full instructor I was responsible for making lesson plans to run my own group and private lessons for individuals of all ages. Taught the fundamentals of turning, stopping, linking turns, and how to navigate chair lifts. Long term goal was to get first time snowboarders to link turns and use the chair lift by the end of the 6-week lesson season.
