Provide complete configuration and logistics support to Fleet units undergoing Integrated Logistics Overhaul (ILO) including complete functional support in the Configuration, Technical Manual, Repair Parts, Planned Maintenance Analysis, and all other specific Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) related to the installation and rip out of installed shipboard equipment.Provide support to Fleet units undergoing availability and requiring analysis and initial outfitting in support of installed equipment during the overhaul period.Review, develop and document recommendations directed at improved configuration support during Post Availability (PALS) events. Manage Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) NTCSS Patriot installations onboard Pacific Fleet Afloat (Surface and Submarines) and Ashore. Responsible for installation planning, scheduling, preparation, oversight, user training and resolution to complex installation problems. Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to all levels of the chain of command internal and external to meet installation requirements including plans, training, installation briefs, System Operation Verification Test (SOVT) review, and drawings and diagrams utilizing SPAWAR Integrated Data Repository (SPIDER) and various other programs. Directly assist Onsite Ships Installation Coordinator (OSIC), Alteration Installation Team Managers, Alteration Installation Teams, Regional Maintenance Centers, Regional Modernization Maintenance Control Office (RMMCO), Naval Sea Systems Command, and public and private Planning Yards. Assisted in coordinating RMMCO check-ins for NTCSS installations with OSIC in accordance with established guidelines and instructions Plans the Statements of Work (SOW) for NTCSS software installations; prepares cost and schedule estimates; identifies correct risk approach, and delivers executable project plans and schedules. Onsite NTCSS team lead effectively coordinates with OSIC, Hardware and Software Alteration Installation Team Members (AIT) and Units Commanders to ensure a safe, timely and within budget software installation. Tracks all deliverables and plan of action and milestone status of surface and subsurface NTCSS installations to the Branch Head within Code 422 by providing a weekly status report. During onsite installations provide comprehensive daily status reports to PMW-150 that provides work accomplished, issues, and ways ahead. Conduct lessons learned debriefs with team leaders for improved installation processes.

Team Lead for Naval Tactical Support Systems executes the planning, coordination and executions and training for the software upgrades.Lead over 100 successful installation project providing and sustaining critical logistics support capability. Provided over 1400 hours of training for more than 450 personnel in use of the NTCSS application. Project Engineer for 75 NTCSS Patriots upgrades ensuring planning and estimating was conducted for each site ensuring deliverables were provided along with Situation reports were submitted.
