I am the specialist for Pixieset's Website building product. A fantastic tool that helps photographers build their online portfolios to grow their business.My position has many roles. In addition to some direct user support, I also manage various articles and documents to improve the lives of agents and users. I am the primary creator of Pixieset's video tutorials, creating visual guides with voiceovers to help users learn our products and help onboard new staff. I analyze tickets and data trends to improve support processes and product development. I work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Product Design so they can stay informed on user experiences, trends and other front line information to help the company reach its goals.I am also responsible for more complex and escalated CS issues as they come such as SEO, DNS, Analytics and Site performance.
